I felt so honored to be a part of this Mountain Terrace wedding in Woodside, California. It was definitely one for the books and absolutely beautiful from beginning to end. Jenna and Matt’s was so warm and inviting I caught myself tearing up a couple of times throughout the entire day.

Jenna and Matt got ready in the mountain terrace cottage that is right next door. This is an amazing place to stay that is literally right next to the venue which can help cut down on transport but still give you easy access to the venue.
Mountain Terrace was a stunning backdrop for Matt and Jenna’s wedding. It had the perfect mix of nature with elements to be set up and staged. It set the stage for this Redwood Forest wedding and is the perfect size for wedding around 60-120 people.
I love getting to talk to friends and family members throughout a couple’s big day. Especially since I was working with Meg I didn’t know too much about Jenna and Matt. But, after speaking with both of them and some friends the way they met was so cute.
Jenna and Matt both aren’t originally from California and they met through their mutual friend Temi who was also the officiant of their wedding. Long story short basically Matt had come to California to visit Temi who at the time was Jenna’s roommate. Jenna who wasn’t much of a partier or joined Temi on his many adventures introduced Matt to Jenna and 30 minutes later she was ready to join them for a night out in San Francisco. And the rest is history.
There were so many beautiful things about Jenna and Matt’s Redwood forest wedding that made it incredibly beautiful. From the florals, the cake, and the energy as a whole. Love was just radiating from all around. Above all, it was a such memorable amazing day.
