Inquire, Plan, and Book: Our first call will set the stage for an incredible journey together. I'll walk you through my pricing, what it's like to work with me, and the next steps for booking!
Contract and Retainer: A flat fee of $1500 secures your date, with the remaining balance split into two payments over your booking timeline.
Planning: After booking, you'll receive my comprehensive 60+ page guide filled with everything you'll need. I will also be checking in with you throughout the time leading up to your day making sure everything you need is taken care of!
Day-of Coordination: From timeline planning to the final timeline and detail checks, I've got your back. And don't forget, I'm your go-to for all things City Hall and San Francisco. We’ll have the best time running around San Francisco together playing ‘tourist’ for the day!
Epic Photos: Expect a sneak peek of 15-30 photos within 24-48 hours after your big day. Your entire gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks curated to perfection including both film and digital photos.

I mean I'm biased but I say anytime is the best time to get married in San Francisco! But, if you're looking for clear skies and warmer weather then 100% opt for the fall preferably September/October if possible. As long as fire season is under control you should have blue skies and golden sunsets.

How do I book a San Francisco City hall Wedding?
To book a civil ceremony go to the SF.gov site to book a hour ceremony, 2 hour ceremony or evening ceremony visit SF City Hall Events' site. There you'll be able to find the right booking details. You can also read more in depth information on getting married in San Francisco City Hall guide.
HOW DO I BOOK A SAN FRANCISCO CITY HALL WEDDING?
I have a 4-hour minimum for all of my wedding & elopement packages. Having photographed over 15 weddings in SF City Hall 1-2 hours is simply just not enough time for the quality of work I like to give my couples and to capture both digital and film. I typically invest between 40-60 hours into helping every single one of my couples—your day means that much to me.
