Legion of Honor Wedding | Stuart & Nafiseh

Elopements

I have actually been dying to photograph a Legion of Honor Wedding. Everything about this building is incredibly beautiful. And it’s always nice to mix up views of the iconic Golden Gate Building with other equally iconic structures.

Bridal photos are always an absolute must. You both deserve to have a moment alone in whatever you decide to wear for your Legion of Honor Wedding. In order to get these photos you’ll need more time with your photographer than you think! That’s why for elopement I really encourage couples to book at least 3 hours. That way you can get at least two locations and don’t feel much of a time crunch!

And who doesn’t love detail photos! Setting these up take time! So, if these are some of your favorite photos when you look at galleries think about adding at least and hour more than you’re already thinking.

Super big shout out and so thankful to have worked with some amazing vendors including
Florals – Priya Mistry who literally has the most amazing beautiful work. I’m always obsessed with it!
And Kami From Golden State Creative Company for putting everything together!

Another thing I love about the Legion of Honor is it’s accessibility to everyone and it’s other locations. Parking is usually not to bad. Since close to the Presidio all of Golden Gate area is super close with a short uber or drive.

Surprisingly, even on a busy Sunday afternoon there were very few people around which made it so pleasant.

I love everything about San Francisco weddings and elopements. I’m a firm believer that San Francisco has the best of both worlds. Between the city in downtown and amazing landscapes in the sunset. And so you never have to pick one over the other unless you want to.
