This Joshua Tree wedding was absolutely stunning in every way possible.
This was my first time in Joshua Tree National Park. And this Joshua Tree wedding did not disappoint at all. I’m definitely more of a beach girl myself but I find as I continue to visit more and more of the United States there is just so much to see. And the array of different landscapes each state has is truly amazing.
Joshua Tree is just east a little from Palm Springs which is the closest airport. Palm Springs International airport is quaint, super cute, and easy to navigate. If you’re coming to SoCal for a Joshua Tree wedding and looking for a larger airport I’d recommend Ontario. I know the trip from SoCal to NorCal is always pretty easy whether you drive or fly but Ontario has a lot more direct flight from OAK and SFO at wayyy better times! Just a little added tip.
Some absolutely amazing vendors were involved in this styled shoot Joshua Tree wedding. The décor and design done by Ashley of Desert Ash Designs. The amazing floral by Morgan of Olive and Sage and hair and makeup done by Lexi Harker. The stunning dress is Kyla by Chosen by Khya. And when I tell you these model killed it. Like they literally murdered this look and were a whole vibe for this Joshua Tree wedding. Cambry and Dylan are actually from northern California specifically Modesto and when I tell you the world is a small place. This is exactly what I mean.
And by far one of my favorite shoots to date. There is just something about this Joshua Tree wedding that makes it one for the books. I can’t wait to continue to share all the photos from the epid two days that I was there. And you better believe I am already planning my next trip back.
Above all, I loved working with Cambry and Dylan! They were so fun, down-to-earth, and just a whole ass vibe. Similarly, all of my sessions in Joshua Tree were met with the same energy. Which made them all memorable, beautiful and a complete blast!
If you’re thinking about a unique place to elope then definitely think about adding Joshua Tree. In addition to its beautiful landscape, the energy that surrounds this desert is unmatched. Just go once and after that you’ll just know! Trust me.
